The Cottonwood project will be the first development for the Broomfield Housing Alliance (BHA) and is envisioned to offer up to 40 rental homes. Envisioned to be a neuro-diverse community, the homes will be available to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and neurotypical residents. This project is anticipated to be 100% affordable for individuals with household income up to 60% of the area median income. 

Current status: Current status: BHA has selected Caddis Collaborative to guide the project through design development, construction documents, and the City and County of Broomfield (CCOB) development review and entitlement process. This stage of the project is anticipated to extend through 2023.
