DISCOVERY

A partnership between Discovery Church and Flatirons Habitat for Humanity, the Discovery project is anticipated to be 12 3-bedroom townhome units split into 4 triplexes. 9 of the units will be for sale ownership units through Flatirons Habitat for Humanity. It is anticipated the remaining 3 units will be owned by BHA and will serve as low income housing.
