Housing Alliance Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents of affordable housing in Broomfield. Our mission goes beyond providing housing itself—we focus on the supportive services and community-based programming that help individuals and families thrive.

We recognize that stable housing is only one piece of the puzzle. Many residents face barriers that make it difficult to maintain stability, achieve self-sufficiency, or fully participate in community life. That’s why Housing Alliance Inc. partners with service providers and community organizations to deliver resources such as job readiness programs, financial literacy education, health and wellness support, and connections to social services.

Our goal is to empower residents with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities they need to stabilize their living circumstances and build stronger, more independent futures. By investing in supportive services and holistic programming, Housing Alliance Inc. creates pathways for residents to not just live in affordable housing, but to truly thrive within it.

Donation Fund:
3% Cover the Fee

Donations to the General Fund will be usable for any BHA service program dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents of affordable housing.
